Works closely with the leads and Management team to coordinate training activities of the center's staff.
Assists in providing communication, training, and guidance to ensure a premier training experience is delivered on a consistent basis.
Essential Functions:
To provide premier customer service according to facility, division, or group policy The Lead person will troubleshoot issues; escalate the issue when appropriate and follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with the office to expedite emergency orders upon the customer's request.
Monitor internal procedures/controls to assure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work projects Support Lean and recommend corrective action where appropriate.
Participation in improvement programs, motivate and empower others.
Maintain clean and orderly work environment Monitor and report unsafe conditions Provide new hire training Provide feedback on hose assembly staff work performance to Supervisor Assure positive employee relations Understand and support company policies and procedures Maintain effective communication with all levels of management.
Perform various hose assembly and warehousing duties including, but not limited to:
Building of hose assembly product per customer requirements and preparing hose assembly product for shipment to the customer Set up and operation of the following types of assembly equipment:
Saw Fitting assembly Crimper Assembly lathe Pressure tester Flush booth Air powered tools Read and interrupt product prints and/or catalogs.
Use of measuring devices such as calipers and tapes for measurement of length Record necessary data on appropriate paperwork and/or in computer-based program(s) Maintain all equipment according to facility maintenance procedures.
