We are now accepting resumes for our Quality, Manager role.
This position develops, implements, and maintains an overall quality program for the company to ensure that all products meet or exceed the quality expectations for the company and the company's customers.
Design, implement and maintain the Quality process monitoring systems that promote continuous improvement Effective management and motivation of personnel reporting to this position to ensure maximum overall and individual productivity Grows team capability through training, development, certifications Evaluation and training of the personnel reporting to this position Monitoring quality control trends; coordinating training programs; and providing support for the resolution of complex issues and the development of corrective action programs Establish and implement quality procedures and specifications.
Testing procedures, and standards for ran material and for in process and finished products Audit quality systems.
Initiating corrective action as required On-going monitoring and verification of quality at each stage of production to ensure that the finished product meets specifications Representation of the company with external contacts including customer relations and vendor relations Advise management of enhancements to management systems, policies, and procedures to optimize use of resources.
Report all finding, recommendations, trend analyses, deficiencies, etc Promotes safety awareness and ensures compliance of safety practices within department including ESD, FOD Control and ISO procedures Accountable for producing results that exceed quality goals and increases customer satisfaction Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed Requires:
Education:
Bachelor's in engineering, business, science, or related field.
Knowledge of quality principles and processes required.
Experience:
Seven or more years preferred.
Two - four years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge of commodity materials, production processes, quality control is preferred.
Physical:
Should be able to lift 25 lbs - 50 lbs to maneuver boxes with parts.
Candidates must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a protected person).
Miscellaneous:
Quality certifications (CMQ/OE, CQE, ISO Auditor) preferable.
Some travel.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:
2015, ability to coordinate and conduct internal audits to the requirements of the standard, and the ability to manage records, document, and processes in accordance to the ISO 9001:
2015 standard.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
