Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:
1.
Provide expert legal advice in the areas of bankruptcy, debt restructuring, agricultural law, tax law, and commercial law.
2.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
3.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
4.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
5.
Assist clients in navigating complex legal issues related to income tax, liens, and other financial matters.
6.
Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
7.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and court officials.
8.
Contribute to the firm's business development efforts, including networking and client relationship management.
9.
Stay updated on current laws and regulations within your areas of specialization, and apply this knowledge to benefit our clients and the firm.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Senior Associate Attorney, you should have:
1.
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2.
Admission to the state bar.
3.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Associate Attorney or a Senior Associate Lawyer.
4.
Proven experience in bankruptcy, debt restructuring, agricultural law, tax law, and commercial law.
5.
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues effectively.
6.
Proficient knowledge of income tax, liens, and other relevant financial matters.
7.
Excellent legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
8.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
9.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
10.
A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
