DescriptionThe Opportunity Ulteig is currently seeking talented and motivated candidates for a Real Estate Title Specialist to support our Right-of-Way team.
The Title Specialist will work on right-of-way operations and partner with additional internal teams and business clients.
What You'll Do Work closely with right-of-way specialists to collect, store, retrieve and update important documents Conduct ownership research on projects (i.
e, researching online county assessor sites, obtain copies of deeds and other documents, plans, plats and maps, landowner addresses and contact information) Prepare documents associated with land rights, including but not limited to easements, options, permits, databases, and project status reports Review documents for quality control Prepare project folders and parcel packets with ownership information Organize documents by date, department and/or project type to retrieve documents for employees in a quick and efficient manner Update project file notes in GIS, Word, Excel, Teams Prepare final deliverables or close out documents for clients Monitor state, local and other websites for potential project opportunities Assist staff with the preparation of proposal documents Download and save project pictures Create and update templates and forms as needed Prepare mailings Additional duties as needed to support clients and teams What We Expect from You High School or GED Experience with reviewing Plat Books & Maps Capable of completing title research online and at Court House's Capable of reviewing and understanding legal descriptions Understanding of land principles/real estate preferred Possesses a Notary Public or the ability to become a Notary Public Proficient in all MS Word programs Understand/use of GIS, Google Earth or BaseMap web application programs Strong organizational skills Good written and communication skills Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.
S.

Compensation Range is Generally +/- 15% of Position Mid-Point of $63,500 The salary displayed represents the middle of a range.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
