50 an hour We are a small family-owned business seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! We are looking for an organized, efficient, and motivated Office/Personal Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly.
You will perform clerical, administrative and some accounting functions in order to drive company success.
The position will give you the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks daily.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to CEO.
Assist with various office-related tasks such as answering phones, greeting guests, and ordering supplies, responding to emails, providing messages to relevant office/personnel and coordinating deliveries with customers Assist with event planning and coordination Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, applying payments and deposits in Quickbooks Maintaining general office files such as customer files Shipping and Receiving Ordering supplies Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Team Player - have team player experience and approach Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Multi tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Quickbooks experience preferred Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance Job Types:
