Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Sandwich Maker to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Prepare sandwiches according to customer preferences and established recipes - Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, grills, and ovens - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with stocking ingredients and supplies - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system - Ensure food safety standards are met at all times - Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries - Upsell menu items to increase sales Skills:
- Experience in food service or a similar role - Proficiency in using POS systems - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Knowledge of bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Ability to sanitize workstations and equipment effectively - Cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor - Understanding of food safety guidelines and procedures - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and processing payments - Capability to upsell products to enhance the customer experience Job Types:
