? Complete preliminary testing and necessary documentation ? Gather medical history, medications and reason for the visit ? Researching and authorizing vision insurance plans ? Facilitating the flow of the office by quickly and efficiently preparing patients to be seen by the Optometrist ? Greet patients in person and on the phone Optometric Technician required skills & qualifications include:
? Must be able to maintain a professional attitude/wardrobe ? The ability to connect well with patients and coworkers ? Tech-savvy; typing capabilities ? Able to multitask, manage time wisely; detail-oriented; adaptable to change ? Team-player with a positive attitude to help create the best Patient Experience Job Type:
